Is it time the plug is pulled on the BBC and ITV Premium rate calls to raise money for charities?
It seems their staff are just making the decisions they want and the public and charities are being conned
The idea should be really good but its being abused.

It’s time we pulled the plug on premium rate lines full stop. Their only use is to rip people off. If no-one ever rang an 0900 number, they would go away.
Yes. Also the senior producers who deliberately engaged in the scams for ITV, and who suppressed the contrary views of their juniors, should have been sacked. C’mon Michael Grade, you should be upholding standards, not tacitly engaging in fraud.
