How is it? Any suggestions on how to make it better?

In a charity shop there is a lady that I remember from school. Well, this person would not be likely to work as a volunteer. I was wondering if she could be doing community service? What do You think?

Ok, due to the recent-ish deaths of 3 elderly family members, we have over 40 bin liners of old but good quality, good condition clothes. Its way too many to drop at a charity shop in one go, so I was wondering if any one here knows any legitimate charities that can either collect or have a depot/drop off point, in the nth london/hertfordshire area? We do get leafleted by these fraudulent guys, but I want the clothes to be genuinely used by people who need them for FREE, or recycled to make money for the charity.

If anyone can help I would really appreciate it.
