Anyone who knows how & where to find them?

We have witnessed irregularities or violations committed by a Foreign Chief Executive Officer of a non-profit humanitarian Foundation through non-compliance to existing laws and procedures of a state. We acted at our end to report this to appropriate authorities. Almost four months have passed but no action taken yet. Since we brought this to the attention of six agencies already we can’t help but suspect that there is further graft and corruption going on because the organization has millions of money to buy them. It’s very frustrating to wait longer period of resolving the issue even if there is concrete evidences to present, or the agencies concerned are just too slow footed? We are ordinary and simple citizens, if no one listens to us from the highest authorites then this issue will never be resolved but instead it become a malpractice or a violation instituted in the system.
