Could somebody tell me if the Crown court is the only court that can deal with Indictable offences, making it supperior to every other court in this circumstance?
Also, the High court - Do appeals from the Crown court and Magistrates go to the High court? or straight to the court of appeal? Looking at the High court divisions, it seems more ‘civil’ to me rather than ‘criminal’.

please help, if you can. Thanks!

I live in the UK. I’m on income support for health reasons. Would i be allowed by the DSS to do a part time foundation degree and still receive my benefit ?.
Is a foundation degree considered as further or higher education ?.

I completed a 3 year degree last summer, and I now want to do a foundation degree in complementary approaches to health. This is a two year course which will enable me to gain practitioner status. What financial support could I apply for to help with the course costs?
